Delivery and Returns
EXPRESS UK DELIVERY
All of our orders are shipped with Next Day service to most of UK Mainland will be available for orders placed on the website from Monday to Friday before 13.00pm with no additional charge (delivery on working days only). Orders placed after 13:00pm on a Friday will be delivered Tuesday.
Courier working days are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
Currently due to recent changes with tax legislations, we have decided to temporary stop shipping out side of the UK.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day right to withdraw on all unused items in their original state and retail packaging from the date of purchase. Please contact us through our "Contact Us" page, if you wish to raise a return. We aim to respond to your queries within 24-hours (weekdays). Please note, we do not accept items back that are customer or accidental damaged, e.g., water damaged, snapped, customer repaired, tampered with, third-party repaired. Please note the item(s) will be returned to you in this instance.
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
Unwanted and unused items must be returned, unopened in their original retail packaging with the manufacturers seal still intact, along with all accessories that originally came with the item. Please note, return postage must be paid for by the customer in this instance. Any goods returned opened, seal broken, damaged/tampered with or not in original unopened retail packaging, will be subject to a 10-30% deduction for restocking purposes in line with our Refund Guidelines.
HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ITEM?
If you have not received your goods within 5 working days, please check your tracking number on your order and follow it up with the designated courier. If this is unsuccessful, please contact us through our "Contact Us" page.
RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM?
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us through our "Contact Us" page where a member of our team will query what item has arrived with you and arrange a free exchange. This will allow you to give the incorrect item to our courier and the courier will give you the correct item, leaving it hassle free and completely free of charge. Please note this is a rare occurrence caused through errors on our automated packing system.
FAULTY ITEM?
If you deem your goods to be faulty on arrival or if your item develops a manufacturer fault during use, please contact us through our "Contact Us" page so our team can assist you. We will arrange a collection of the item from you by our courier. Once we receive your return, the item will be sent for appraisal by our in-house technicians. Please note that if goods are found to have no fault, the item(s) will be returned to you. If the goods are found with defects, we will offer you a full refund or replacement.
